- 15–30 days before travel Partial Refund
- Less than 15 days No Refund
- No-show on departure date Zero Refund
2. Weather & Helicopter Operations
Helicopter services are subject to operational and weather conditions, especially in high-altitude areas like Kedarnath.
- Flights may be delayed or canceled due to weather.
- Refunds depend strictly on the respective operator's policy.
- Rescheduling may be offered based on seat availability and operator approval.
