At HeliYatra Travel, passenger safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please review the mandatory guidelines to ensure a smooth pilgrimage.

Mandatory Documents

  • Gov ID (Aadhar/Passport)
  • Booking Confirmation PDF
  • Official Yatra Registration Slip

Baggage Policy

  • Strict 5 KG limit per person
  • Soft bags ONLY (No hard cases)
  • Extra weight heavily penalized

Health & Medical

High altitudes pose health risks. Pilgrims with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or respiratory issues must consult a doctor before traveling.

Carry basic medicines & small oxygen cylinder

Reporting Time

Passengers must report at the designated helipad at least 1 hour before the Scheduled Time of Departure. Late arrivals may lead to automatic cancellation without any refund.

General Instructions

  • Biometric registration is mandatory for all Yatra pilgrims.
  • Children below 2 years travel free; between 2–5 years may attract nominal charges.
  • Follow all safety instructions given by the pilot and ground staff without exception.
  • Pregnant women are advised to consult their physician before undertaking the Yatra.
